Frequently asked questions

Yes, we offer a free meet and greet for all couples, once we have had a chat about your Wedding date
and venue to check that we are available and we can cover your location, we then book a face-to-face
meet and greet, preferably at your home. This lets you see how we interact with your dog and allows
you to ask any questions you have regarding the care we can offer, to make sure you are happy with our
service before you pay the deposit to secure your date.

Yes, we can transport your dog to/from the wedding venue to home or a boarder. We are fully insured
for transporting your pups on your Wedding Day. If your dog has a special crate or travel bed, we will
collect this when we pick up your dog.

Yes, I can pet sit at your home or a family member’s home on the Wedding night. I am not a registered
home boarder so could not take your dog back to my home to care for them overnight.
Pet sitting is usually until 10am the following morning or can be extended on request.

No, we will bring everything we need to care for your dog on your Wedding Day. We have a box of tricks
to prepare for every eventuality including water bowls, treats (if allowed), towels and umbrellas (for wet
weather) brushes, spare leads etc. If we are feeding your dog, we will collect the food from you when
we pick up your dog and make sure we stick as close as possible to their usual time for meals. This also
applies to any medication or other special requirements they may have.

Yes, but always check with the venue that they are happy to have multiple dogs at your Wedding.
We can include additional well-behaved dogs from the same family at your Wedding (up to four dogs).
We charge for each extra dog as may need additional handlers depending on the dogs.

This will depend on your venue and the temperament of your dog. A lot of venues don’t allow dogs in
the Wedding breakfast and I would always advise that your dog is home before their dinner time, unless
they are staying at the venue overnight.
