Terms of Service

All Paws Weddings offer a bespoke chaperone service tailored to you and your dog, supporting them to fulfil their role in your wedding ceremony and included as much or as little as you would like. Whether your pup has a role in your wedding ceremony, are present for photographs, or just mingling with guests, we make sure that their every need is taken care of and that they are lovingly cared for while you enjoy the celebrations with friends and family.

Introductory Meeting

We offer a no obligation call to get to know you and your dog, to answer all your questions, talk through your dog’s individual personality, needs and how you would like them included on your wedding day.

Once your date is secured we will arrange a familiarisation session with your dog. This is so that we can get to know each other, and I fully understand your pup’s personality and quirks, to provide the best possible care for them on your weddingdDay.

All Paws Weddings will:

  • Offer a free no obligation call to talk through your plans for your dog and answer all your questions
  • Once your date is booked and deposit paid we will arrange a meet and greet with you and your dog at your home, the venue (or a halfway point if more than 10 miles from RH6)
  • Provide unlimited support via email and Whatsapp in the run up to your wedding day
  • Visit the venue and meet with the Wedding Coordinator to plan your dog’s day
  • Liaise with the photographer/videographer if required
  • Provide a pre-wedding walk at the venue, brush and accessorise your dog as requested
  • Assist your dog to carry out their role in the ceremony and photographs and be on hand to provide comfort breaks, water and treats (if allowed).

Prices start from £425.00 for one dog, additional family dogs can be included at £100.00 for each additional dog.

Additional services priced separately on request:

  • Transport your dog to/from home to your wedding venue
  • Pet sit on the wedding night at your or a family member’s home and care for your dog until 10am the day after your wedding day.

Fees and payments

Prices start from £425.00 for up to four hours care for one dog. Our fee is determined on time, the number of dogs and the services required, transportation and pet sitting are charged at an additional cost.

A 50% non-refundable deposit is taken to secure the date and confirmed following the meet and greet, the balance is to be paid one month prior to you wedding day.

Disclaimer

Whilst I will do my best to keep your dog calm and relaxed during the day, it will be an unfamiliar environment and it is not possible to predict how a dog will react with the excitement, noises and new smells of your Wedding venue. Please let me know if your dog has any special behaviours that I should be aware of e.g. jumping up, barking etc and I will do my best to avoid situations where this behaviour could be triggered, however I cannot accept responsibility for damage caused to the wedding venue, bridal or guest outfits by your dog jumping up or standing on items.

Photographs and videos

Photographs and videos of your dog(s) will be taken throughout your Wedding Day to document your pup’s experience to share with you. These images will also be used to promote All Paws Weddings on my website and in social media posts. I will never post on your Wedding Day or refer to your home address in posts. If you don’t want me to use photographs of your dog or Wedding Day in the promotion of All Paws Weddings, please let me know when signing the contract.
